She has a degree in Biomedical Sciences, is certified in Group Fitness Training, Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss, Holistic Wellness and Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause coaching and is actively pursuing certification in Functional & Nutritional Medicine. As Coach Kai continues to learn new skills and grow her knowledge base, she enjoys helping women experience their best life by enhancing how they feel, look and live.
